Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number) must be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that Betika Bags is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds
